As a Registered Legal Document Assistant, Glen Davis can prepare the appropriate version of a living trust for you (single, joint, IRA Beneficiary.) Each living trust prepared by Glen includes other estate documents such as a pour-over will, powers of attorney, healthcare directive, trust transfer deed, transfer papers and other ancillary documents as needed, for no additional cost. Price does not include fees charged by Government agencies, such as the county recorder.

$700 – IRA Beneficiary Trust, , includes living trust, will, durable power of attorney, healthcare power of attorney, trust transfer deed and certificate of trustee powers.

$800 – Joint Revocable Living Trust, includes living trust, will, durable power of attorney, healthcare power of attorney, trust transfer deed and certificate of trustee powers.

$800 – QTIP Trust, includes living trust, will, durable power of attorney, healthcare power of attorney, trust transfer deed and certificate of trustee powers.

$80.00 per hour – Civil Litigation, assisting attorneys and the general public with civil litigation, including drafting pleadings, propounding and responding to discovery, drafting motions and trial preparation and enforcement of judgments.
